In the twenty years since opening our doors, PSRI has remained true to its original mission:  to develop solutions to the problems faced by our clients. 

Originally, PSRI provided consulting support to public and private human service agencies. But throughout the years, the challenges facing PSRI clients have changed. To meet the ever-changing needs of our current and future clients, PSRI has developed new capabilities. PSRI’s expanded services now include: Information Technology, Staff Augmentation, Revenue Maximization, and Call Center/Collections, in addition to Project Management. 

Despite our substantial expansion of services over the past 20 years, we have carefully controlled our growth to ensure our ability to deliver consistent, comprehensive, quality work while remaining within or below budget. We’re proud of our business, our proven track record and our first 20 years.
