PSRI and YoungWilliams are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the State of Missouri Department of Social Services Family Support Division contract to provide customer service call center services throughout the state. As partners PSRI and YoungWilliams will be teaming up to develop, implement and operate the call center located in Jefferson City. PSRI's information technology development and staff outsourcing and support, along with YoungWilliams' expertise in child support services provide the perfect match to make this project a success.
